After graduating from the University of Florida, Jim spent more than two decades working for one of the largest general contracting firms in the country, building large-scale, high-profile projects across all market segments. 

 

Jim brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role as President & CEO. He has led large-scale, complex projects from preconstruction through final turnover and occupancy. During his long-standing career, Jim performed a number of roles, encompassing everything from estimating through managing the overall execution of some of the largest and most complex projects in the country. 

 

His background in Lean construction techniques and experiences leading numerous teams through early team formation and preconstruction taught Jim the value of developing and nurturing an environment that fosters the creation of a high-performing team. Jim brings this mindset to every project and believes that the best and most successful projects are those that have a strategic focus on developing a team-oriented environment with clearly established goals and priorities for the project. 

 

Jim resides in Stowe, Vermont with his wife and two young children. When not embracing the chaos of toddlerhood, Jim enjoys all of the outdoor activities Vermont has to offer.
